File Requirements

File Instructions (Read Carefully)

  • PNG files only
  • Artwork must have a transparent background
  • Files must include a ⅛” safety margin on all sides to prevent trimming cut-off
  • Designs should be ganged up on a single artboard to maximize square footage pricing
    (Example: repeating the same design across the artboard)
  • 5/0 color printing
  • Maximum file size: 22” × 120”
  • Transfers will be trimmed to the ordered size

Minimum detail size: Artwork must not include elements smaller than 0.02 inch (0.5 mm). Fine details below this threshold may cause printing or adhesion issues.

Important Note

Files that do not meet these requirements may still be printed as-is. Reprints or refunds will not be issued for artwork-related issue
